The June Sucker is an endangered fish endemic to Utah Lake. June Sucker Nation is a name given to the basincatching the rain that feeds the rivers flowing into Utah Lake, flowing out with the Jordan River and its tributaries which carry their water into the Great Salt Lake. The June Sucker is the indicator species for the health of our watershed, when we come together & restore their population to a healthy state, we will know that our bioregion is on the path to regeneration and abundance.
